Today I have been told what skills are required for many different job types and then I went on to researching what job I would like in the games industry, I decided the job which I preferred is to be a games designer. After figuring out what I wanted to do I had to research information on that job such as what is the job, what skills are required for the job and where will I gain the skills to get the job.

Movement and Collisions
0In this lesson we made the 2D object able to collide with other objects and destroy them. When it does this it gives the player a higher score. We used vector 2 for the 2D movement and used a canvas to put our score in. Here is some of the code I was working on.
Lesson 3 Game Objects

Today I went back on to 3Ds max 2017 and today I started to learn how to use edit poly. This basically can manipulate an object to make anything you want such as a car, plan or a spaceship. I learnt how to edit poly is used and then I was given a task to make some objects to try and memorise and get used to using edit poly as I was told it was used most of the time when you use 3Ds max. I made a few basic objects, a crate, barrel, and a bin. I found the tools which I used very strange to use at first I will of course need more practice before I can fully understand of how to use them as I found it a little challenging to do.
First day of learning 3D max
0What I did for when I started to learn about 3D modelling was learn the different studio’s to use when it comes to 3D modelling. Today I got told how to use 3D max 2017. We started to learn the basics of what each tool did to get used to knowing how to use them such as the snaps toggle tool. Whilst we were doing this we got taught how to make the basic shapes such as a cube and a sphere. After that we started to make a character using basic shapes, I decided to make an evil robot.
