Fantasy Creature Research

I have been looking into the different types of fantasy creatures from myths and legends for inspiration or consideration as to what I could put in my game for the enemies as I have found from research people preferred lot of different weaker enemies all at once so I have researched to find these creatures of what I may end up using.

Here is an image from one of my questions of my survey to show what people prefer to fight in a game.

Here is a list of some of the creatures I have found which I am considering putting into my game or take inspiration to make my own creature.

• Dragon
• Cyclopes
• Goblin
• Demon

For each of the five creatures I have found out some of their characteristics and what they look like from images and research that I have done.

Dragons have the ability to more commonly known to breath fire but some can even breath ice. They have a large reptilian body with wings and can be above average in intelligence.

Cyclopes are giant one eyed monsters what originate from Greek mythology which are described as wild savages.

Goblins are small, greedy and troublesome originating from the middle aged folk lore.

Demon is a spirit or can be a divine power but is associated a lot with evil for example two of the Binesfield’s classification for demons would be Satan for Wrath and Lucifer for pride.
