Today in game design I was working on my game menu, I started this by making my image of the background in Photoshop. I did this by copying an image offline of what I could use and then editing it in Photoshop to make it to my own design, I got some textures from textures.com for a fire textured background and also got a shield with a dragon on it from there as well, I put them together and added some blending effects on them and then all I had to do last was to put the name on the front with some effects.
This is how my menu image turned out to be.

I went to Unity and I went to make my main menu, I first did this by creating a canvas with an image holder inside. I then put in three buttons and added in colour and the text font after that I added in a small script and placeholder which would allow me to go from one scene to another when I click on them.

I last of all I positioned my buttons, sized my image holder then placed in my image after saving the image and putting it into the holder, I had to also put my image with a texture type of 2d and ui.
