Reflection #7 (week 6)

For this week of game design I have been doing my personal statement, doing 3d modelling and texturing.

On Monday I was 3d modelling continuing to build my assets, I found this simple to do as I just decided to get on with my work and model out my assets. I got some textures and put them into Photoshop to edit them, I used the offset tool on some of my textures with the healing brush to make it more tillable on areas which need to be tiled. I have just started putting textures on some of my more simple models such as my crates, next week Ill be trying to put textures on a little more complex models which Ill make.

On Tuesday I was continuing to work on my personal statement. I was looking for some inspiration to things I could say and figuring out what to put in, doing these tasks I can sometimes lose my wording as I can tend to over think some things, I shall take a bit of time on this so I do not put anything bad in and make sure its as good as it can be, Ill be making sure I finish it next week on week 7.

On Wednesday I continued to model a bit and made even started putting some of my first assets into my level environment. The first models I put in were simple ones  which were my crates and plates, I put the crates in the cellar which made up a small maze to a hidden key while putting the plates in the dining areas or anywhere which I though was appropriate to put to add more life into it and to make it look like people were once. there.

Overall I did not find this week particularly major challenging, as usual I plan on continuing everything for my environment and intend on finishing my statement next week.
